Native America tribe of Lenápe Muúrs at Amexum



​​ ​The Native American Tribe of Lenápe Muúrs is an aboriginal city-state within the confines of present day North America. The N.A. tribe of Lenápe Muúrs is working to strengthen it’s distinct political, legal, economic, social and cultural relationships with domestic and international governing bodies.

In adherence with national and international law, pursuant to the United Nation Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIPs) and American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (ADRIPs) charters, control by indigenous peoples over developments affecting them and their lands, territories and resources will enable indigenous peoples to maintain and strengthen their institutions, cultures and traditions, and to promote their development in accordance with their aspirations and needs.

Indigenous peoples have collective rights that are indispensable for their existence, well-being, and integral development as peoples. In this regard, the member states of the United Nations and the Organization of American States recognize and respect, the right of Indigineous people to their collective action; to their juridical, social, political, and economic systems or institutions; to their own cultures; to profess and practice their spiritual beliefs; and to their lands, territories and resources.

Indigineous people have the right to maintain and determine their own priorities with respect to their political, economic, social, and cultural development in conformity with their own world view; and the right to be guaranteed the enjoyment of their own means of subsistence and development. To engage freely in all their economic activities. This right includes the development of policies, plans, programs, and strategies in the exercise of their right to development and to implement them in accordance with their political and social organization, norms and procedures, their own world views and institutions.

The Native American Tribe of Lenápe Muúrs is actively involved in developing and determining development programs affecting our lands, territories and resources at North America, to administer such programs through our departmental institutions. States shall establish diplomatic relations with the Native American Tribe of Lenápe Muúrs departmental leadership to consult, cooperate, and to negotiate investment opportunities (FDIs) and trade agreements concerning lands, territories and resources.
