Reestablishing an Ancient Royal Lineage at the City of Amexum

NATION: A people, or aggregation of men, existing in the form of an organized jural society, usually inhabiting a district portation of the earth, speaking the same language, using the same customs, possessing historic continuity, and distinguished from other like groups by their racial origin and characteristics, and generally, but not necessarily, living under the same government. Imagine a system in which a tribal corporate entity operates as a "government service provider" offering you protection of life, liberty, and property. This service includes internal and external security, a legal and regulatory framework and independent dispute resolution.

This system is called a Privatized City. At first glance, it may seem outrageously radical or utopian. However, we are already using this service approach very successfully in other areas of our lives. The transfer to our social order is only the last step in a development already under way. What currently takes place is this systems coexistence purely benfits corporate private interests but the system is able to provide all those services to all the people especially the security requested by residents. Indeed these services are better and cheaper with far greater degrees of freedom.

In the City of Amexum, everyone is the Sovereign of themselves who by voluntary agreement have concluded a genuine agreement with the tribal nation as a service provider, The Natives Agreement. Both parties have the same formal rights and are therefore legally on equal footing. The relationship between authority and subject is replaced by the relationship between de jure and service provider.

Our Privatized City is therefore not a utopia, but rather a cultural business idea whose functional elements are already known and which need only be transferred to another sector, namely that of living together. As a service provider, the city only provides the framework within which the society can develop openly in the sense of a "spontaneous order."

We by exercising our Birthrights, Substantive Rights, and Inherent Rights, having and retaining all Substantive Rights and Immunities of Nationals, give honor and respect to the original Continental United States Great Seal, the Forty Eight Star United States of America Flag `Article III; Lenàpe Native American Mu'urish National Flag, Governor of the Lenàpe Mu'urs Flag, Ancient Holy Mu'urish/Moorish American Flag, Al Moroccan Continental Flag, Great Seal of The Ancient Mu’urs, and our Ancient Olmec, Xi clay seals.

Access into the Native American Tribe of the Lenápe Muúrs is arguably a difficult and strenuous process as we are only accepting entities who have the ability to grow and expand our nation culturally, scholastically & economically. We do not do blood testing as it is our knowledge that all entities possessing melanin are the descendants of the ancient ones and rightful beneficiaries of the Americas. Our culture is so important to us that we perform an extensive interview process putting an incredible amount of effort into making sure everyone we accept is a perfect fit.
